Programming Restrictions:

Certain services, such as subscription services, sporting events, and broadcast network services, may be subject to blackout restrictions in your viewing area.

Minimum Programming Levels:

USA IPTV reserves the right to establish and modify minimum programming requirements at any time, including without limitation, banning, removing, or changing channels.

Payment Information:

USA IPTV may share your Payment Information with relevant banks to facilitate transactions. Additionally, USA IPTV may use Payment Information to assess your creditworthiness, sharing it with banks or credit agencies as necessary. While USA IPTV employs current technology and internal procedures to protect Payment Information from unauthorized access, there is no guarantee against all risks of theft, loss, or misuse. USA IPTV shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure, or misuse of Payment Information, including credit card information.

Account Registration

• Account Creation:
  To access our IPTV services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Account Usage:

• Payments:
  Payment is due at the time of order. All fees are immediately payable and non-refundable, except as specified below, even if services are suspended, terminated, or transferred before the service term ends. USA IPTV expressly reserves the right to modify pricing via email notification and/or service notice.
• Refunds:
  No refunds are offered on opened and activated hardware. Dead on arrival units will be replaced upon return shipment. It is recommended to purchase shipping insurance during checkout. No refunds are available for activated service accounts. A free trial is encouraged before committing to a non-refundable paid account.
• Hardware Warranty:
  Defective hardware within 30 days of activation will be replaced at no charge. After 30 days, replacement costs $99.95. Advanced warranty purchase at checkout is recommended, as it cannot be applied after shipment.

Governing Law
